Let's Scrap - April 15th

Tax day!!!  Glad it is over with as we had to send them money, but at least I had this great sketch over at Let's Scrap to work with to take my mind off it!!  I really love this sketch because it can be a 2 page layout or two 1 page layouts!! 



I really love the smaller photo section cause it let's use a ton of pictures, which with my nephews I always have ;)  These are from Allstar season last summer, it is really hard to believe that we are really close to that again this year!!

Let's Scrap Sketch - MARCH 15TH

So I am a little behind on posting yet once again - maybe one day my life will return to some fashion of normal and I can get things done in a timely fashion  LOL

Here is the sketch up at Let's Scrap Sketches - it is such a versatile sketch and who doesn't love this super cute paper I used along with my super cute nephew and their doggies??

So behind on posting!!!

But my life has been a little on the crazy side..  every time I think things are looking up we seem to get slapped back down.  Just got my dad out of the hospital and rehab after a stint of what we thought was pneumonia and ended up being congestive heart failure with almost 7 CUPS - yes you read that correctly - 7 cups of fluid drained off his lungs.  But he doing much better now.

I finally was able to get a little scrapping done this weekend for my Sketches in Thyme layout.  I really love this sketch and although I didn't use a circle, mainly because my photo wouldn't work I kept the basic lines of the sketch.  And that is the great thing about sketches - you can interpret them to work for you.
 

My niece got married in May and I want to do an album for her but it life seems to get in the way, but I got this one done of engagement day while they were at Disney.

So ya'll will probably be seeing alot more of these two as I need to get that album finished by their anniversary!!

Happy Turkey Day week!!!  It is really hard to believe that Thanksgiving is already hear and Christmas is a short 5 weeks away!!

I had these cute pics of one of my nephews Cannon, aka, Canman playing on his swing-set and along with Echo Park paper I really love how this turned out.

Let's Scrap Sketches - 11/15 Sketch

Happy - Almost Turkey Day!!!  I truly cannot believe that we are about to celebrate Thanksgiving - this year has just flown by!!!

We have an awesome sketch up at Let's Scrap!! There are just so many things that you could do with this and I literally just threw mine together in about 30 minutes and I love how it turned out.

Sketch 345 - Sketches in Thyme

Happy October - I hope everyone is finally enjoying some Fall weather!!  It took Alabama a while to feel any fall temps but they finally seem to be sticking around!!

We have a fabulous sketch over at Sketches in Thyme - that I seem to be a little late in posting but you still have time to get  your layouts in and check out all the other fabulous inspiration this month!!

This is my parents cat, Wonki and she is a touch spoiled.  When she was born her paws were deformed and my dad took it upon himself to make splints to help straighten them, so in her eyes 

Daddy is her prince ;)

I love this paper line by Pebbles, I found it in my stash and it was just "purrr-fect" for this layout!!
