Sketches in Thyme #161

I am back with Sketches in Thyme reveal #161 and we have another fabulous sketch and prize this month from Close to My Heart!!!

I recently went to a weekend crop where I managed to forget most of my paper other than cardstock and a pack of pattern paper, lucky for me scrappers love to share so I was able to come up with this cute layout of my cousin's dance recital this year.

Let's Scrap - August 15 reveal!!!

It's time for the mid month reveal at Let's Scrap and it is another fabulous sketch and awesome prize!!

This sketch worked great with pictures I have accumulated for the boys first T-ball season.  While the season started off with some chaos by the end of the season I think there was a little better understanding of the game.  They made some great friends from this experience as well.

August 1st Let's Scrap reveal

Happy August everyone... can't believe that the summer is coming to an end and school will be starting in a couple weeks.
We have another fabulous sketch this month over at Let's Scrap, I absolutely love the hexagons on here!!!

A few months ago we went to Bellingrath Gardens, which is a beautiful botanical gardens in Mobile, AL, on our way to the beach for the hubs to try out his new camera and for me to learn how to use the old one.   You have to understand that I am a point and shoot girl, I really don't want to haveto be making all kinds of adjustments, I just want to take a picture, but will admit that using the bigger camera was pretty fun.
